Key Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate should have a strong client focus and have worked as part of a team leveraging data-driven insights, customer engagement tactics, and strategies to act as the voice of the customer internally advocating for their needs and ensuring that the training programs align with their goals. They should also demonstrate a self-starter, creative approach, proactively identifying opportunities to optimize customer experiences, designing innovative solutions, and driving continuous improvement.

  • Proven experience (2-4 years) in a Customer Success or Account Management role. A technology or training background would be desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Experience with requirements gathering, client consultations, and tailoring solutions to meet client needs.
  • Experience in managing client feedback processes and incorporating insights into actionable improvements.
  • Comfortable facilitating client meetings and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Familiar with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • A passion for customer success and helping clients achieve their goals
