We've just completed the migration of the Neueda Learning Platform onto a new on-demand architecture. Every course we run from here operates on it. It's the most significant infrastructure change we've made in some time, here's what's different, and why it matters to the organisations we work with.

Environments provisioned at the point of use – no more waiting on pre-scheduled labs, and the door is now open to more flexible models like self-paced and subscription-based learning.
A meaningful reduction in infrastructure cost per learner – because environments spin up only when needed, we can scale programmes without the cost curve rising in step.
AI development tools built into the course itself – Claude Code and GitHub Copilot are licensed and configured automatically, so engineers practise with the same tools they’ll use on the job.
Real-time visibility for programme managers – cohort engagement, activity and progression visible as it happens, rather than in a post-course survey.
Enterprise-grade security and governance throughout – strengthened across every course and lab environment, built for the Tier 1 financial institutions who make up much of our client base.
Why we did this
There’s growing evidence that the way most enterprises currently approach AI training isn’t translating into capability. Deloitte’s 2026 State of AI in the Enterprise found that a large share of organisations are still using AI at a surface level, with little real change to how work gets done. Separate research from DataCamp found organisations running a mature, organisation-wide AI literacy programme are nearly twice as likely to report meaningful AI ROI compared with those relying on one-off training.
The pattern we see in our own client conversations is consistent: the gap usually isn’t enthusiasm or budget, it’s infrastructure; training environments built for scheduled courses rather than the continuous, hands-on learning that AI capability actually requires. That’s the gap this platform is built to close.
Early signs it’s working
In its first week live from 13 July, the platform recorded over 57,000 sessions across more than 6,300 active users. It’s early, but it’s a strong signal of how much appetite there is for learning that fits around people rather than the other way round.

A leading global technology company embarked on a multi-year transformation to become an AI-driven organisation. With a vision to embed AI across all business functions, rather than limiting it to specialized teams, Technology Ireland Digital Skillnet was tasked with overseeing the programme's design. This collaboration resulted in the AI Essentials for Teams – Deploying AI for Impact and Innovation course, which was delivered in partnership with Technological University of Dublin (TU Dublin) to formally accredit the training.
We designed and delivered a one-day, hands-on training programme tailored for Ericsson’s UX teams, focusing on the practical application of AI throughout the UX workflow.
Our client, a leading global financial institution, employs over 40,000 technologists worldwide, who are tasked with developing and maintaining critical financial systems that power its banking operations. With such a vast technology workforce, ensuring consistency in software development and deployment practices is essential for efficiency, security, and maintainability.
We designed a customised, self-paced digital learning programme, including interactive learning pathways and step-by-step labs running on the organisation’s infrastructure, ensuring that new engineers quickly adapt to the company’s software development and deployment process.
