The challenge
The ability to deliver in an AI-enabled digital world is more important than ever. Businesses that once mapped their digital strategy in one-to-three-year phases must now scale their initiatives in days or weeks.
Our client, a global power management company with over 91,000 employees, wanted to ensure that staff across the organisation – managers and leaders, practitioners and individual contributors, and technical experts – had the data analytics skills needed to launch, execute, and scale successful digital transformation.
A key ambition was to ensure that employees could see how successful digital transformation related to their roles and that they could immediately apply their new data analytics skills when back with their teams.
Our solution
We partnered with our client to design three personalised pathways mapped to the different needs of different participant groups: Leaders and Executives, Practitioners, and Data Specialists.
To maximise the relevancy of the training, each pathway incorporated client datasets, real-world scenarios and the client’s tools.
The programme components included:

Delivery
Our learning solution was designed to be blended, with several self-paced digital modules augmented with instructor-led classroom tutorials. This hybrid approach enabled participants to learn from each other and step through exercises and challenges with the support of experienced instructors.
Results
Our blended learning solution helped establish a data-driven culture and improved data literacy across the organisation. Employees have moved beyond basic usage of Excel and now work with larger and more complex datasets, performing complex analysis and unlocking informed insights to power digital transformation.
