The challenge

An organisation-wide strategy to migrate all technology groups to Public Cloud Services required a robust training program to upskill a global community of 10,000+ staff and ensure they used Public Cloud Services in a controlled and uniform way.

Our solution

We designed each learning pathway as a collection of concise and targeted modules, together forming an encyclopedia of knowledge and guidance that can be referenced with ease. In total, the digital learning environment encompassed 30 modules and 250 microlessons, equalling 12 hours of learning.
