About this role

You will work alongside our learning consultants and our customer success teams to help design and deliver compelling training courses and upskilling programs, focussing on professional competencies including leadership, communication, collaboration, creativity and complex problem solving.

The role involves working with some of the largest banking and technology organisations, providing expert learning and development services, designing and delivering impactful training courses and coaching. We are looking for people who understand the complexities, challenges and rewards of leadership and want to pass on their knowledge and skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to capture learning requirements and define learning outcomes.
  • Identify, scope, develop and deliver innovative and impactful leadership and professional skills courses.
  • Evaluate and measure the impact of training in the workplace.
  • Deliver professional coaching to client staff as part of a training program.
  • Provide input for bids, tenders, proposals and presentations with Neueda colleagues.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience of designing, facilitating, and coaching on personal development, leadership and management training interventions across a range of sectors.
  • Knowledge and understanding of learning and development design methodologies, assessment, and evaluation models.
  • Strong understanding of digital learning and learning management platforms, and how they can be used to deliver impactful training programs.
  • Have demonstrable knowledge or a passion for developing people.
  • Excellent project management & organisational skills.
  • Goal orientated – maintains focus on agreed objectives and deliverables.
  • Ability to build and maintain good professional and business relationships.
  • Communicate confidently and effectively at all levels, both in written and verbal form.
  • Knowledge of psychometric testing eg. Strengths Finder, Hogan, TTI Insights
  • Relevant coaching qualification
