Neueda partners with NI Software Alliance to deliver SkillsDev training series

Neueda have partnered with Northern Ireland based NI Software Alliance to launch a series of training workshops – SkillsDev – designed to build the next generation of technical leaders.
The series will be delivered in monthly workshops exclusively for Software Alliance members.
Kicking off in January 2024, the first session focuses on Creating a Phenomenal Engineering Culture Teamwork, Professional Pride and Engineering Excellence.
Other program highlights include a customised curriculum, expert-led tutorials and opportunities for peer collaboration.
The series of monthly expert-led tutorials run from January to June and cover technical leadership capabilities such as Creating a Phenomenal Engineering Culture, Executive Influencing & Exceptional Communication, and Developing as a Technical Leader and Coach.
The programme is designed for mid-senior level engineers who want to take their career to the next level.
