Orlaith serves as Neueda’s Chief People Officer, responsible for leading the company’s talent strategy and people initiatives. Since joining in January 2025, she has focused on enhancing employee engagement, developing strategic talent management frameworks, and cultivating a high-performance culture to support Neueda’s ongoing growth.

Prior to joining Neueda, Orlaith spent over 16 years in HR leadership roles within the financial services industry, where she specialised in talent development, organisational culture, and driving business transformation. Her extensive experience in building people strategies is essential to Neueda’s ability to attract, retain, and develop the talent required for success in delivering world-class training solutions.
