Many organisations face leadership gaps where managers are promoted based on technical ability but lack the communication, coaching, and change management skills to lead effectively. As workplaces evolve, there is growing pressure on leaders to foster inclusion, adapt to digital transformation, and support high-performing and engaged teams.
This leadership programme was built to provide a structured and practical solution to these challenges. By combining classroom learning, self-directed study, and personalised coaching, it creates space for deep reflection, real-time application, and lasting behavioural change. The phased approach ensures that participants not only build core leadership skills but also develop the confidence and mindset needed to thrive in dynamic, people-centred environments.
We designed a 7-month training programme that blends live instruction, self-directed study, and personalised coaching across six leadership learning modules. Each element of the programme is intentionally designed to build capability over time, ensuring maximum impact.
The first half of the programme focuses on foundational leadership skills, covering engagement and inclusion, exceptional communication, and leading through change. This culminates in a one-to-one coaching session to reinforce learning.
The second half of the programme shifts focus towards team development and digital capabilities, with modules on building high-performing teams, coaching for performance, and fostering a data-driven digital mindset. The programme concludes with a final 1:1 coaching session, personal action planning, and a formal graduation, ensuring participants leave with a clear plan to apply their learning in the workplace.
