Allstate recognized that people management wasn’t the desired career path for all their in-house engineers and set out to develop a new career path that would take their experienced in-house engineers to Distinguished Engineer level.
The Evolve Future Tech Leader Program was established in 2021 as a market-leading career pathway for in-house engineers to develop their software engineering skills to Distinguished Engineer level.
Working alongside Allstate, Neueda built a bespoke program designed to develop, attract and retain best-in-class engineers.
Establishing technical and professional mastery, the program set out to advance experienced engineers, encouraging and nurturing leadership through direction-setting on complex and challenging engineering issues.
Bringing industry experience, business domain knowledge and software expertise, Neueda’s instructors were uniquely positioned to teach and support Allstate’s engineers through a thorough understanding of the organization and its practices.
