Empowering AI Learning Across a Global Technology Organisation

A leading global technology company embarked on a multi-year transformation to become an AI-driven organisation. With a vision to embed AI across all business functions, rather than limiting it to specialized teams, Technology Ireland Digital Skillnet was tasked with overseeing the programme's design. To bring this vision to life, Digital Skillnet turned to Neueda to develop the training content and deliver the learning. This collaboration resulted in the AI Essentials for Teams – Deploying AI for Impact and Innovation course, which was delivered in partnership with Technological University of Dublin (TU Dublin) to formally accredit the training.

Practical application as a core design principle, ensuring employees could immediately embed AI learning into their daily roles, driving innovation and enhancing business performance.

Delivery

Rolled out to 1,000 employees across three major sites, delivery included live, practitioner-led AI sessions, hands-on exercises designed around real-world scenarios, and team-based AI challenges. This blended approach allowed participants to immediately apply what they learned directly to their roles while benefiting from peer interaction and expert guidance.

By embedding formal accreditation into the programme, employees not only gained critical AI skills but also earned industry-recognised credentials. This integration of real-world learning and professional certification empowered participants and strengthened the organisation’s reputation as an AI leader.

Results

AI literacy and capability have been embedded across multiple functions, ensuring that knowledge is spread throughout the organisation rather than being siloed. Leaders, engineers, analysts, and product managers alike are now equipped to apply AI directly in their work, driving innovation and data-informed decision-making at scale.

With Digital Skillnet overseeing the design, Neueda delivering the content, and TU Dublin providing formal accreditation, this initiative ensures that the skills developed are both recognised and transferable, supporting the organisation’s ongoing digital and AI transformation.
