The organisation was preparing to roll out Microsoft 365 Copilot across its workforce and wanted to ensure strong adoption and meaningful productivity uplift. An initial skills analysis highlighted a lack of confidence in how to use the tool effectively. Many were unsure how to integrate AI into daily workflows, how to prompt it well, or how to apply it to real tasks in a secure, responsible way. The client needed targeted, practical support that would help people understand the tool’s strengths, overcome hesitation, and develop good habits for working with AI.
Neueda collaborated closely with the client to understand their goals, challenges, and the typical working styles of their teams. We designed practitioner led masterclasses tailored to the client’s specific environment and delivered by our AI specialist, Matt. The session focused on demystifying Microsoft 365 Copilot, exploring how its capabilities map to different working styles, and highlighting the essential habits required to work effectively with AI. Attendees received actionable tips and scenario-based demonstrations that showcased how Copilot can be used in real work situations. We also provided supplementary case-study materials so participants could replicate the scenarios themselves and practise applying the learning.
The session was delivered live in an online webinar format, enabling high attendance and easy access for distributed teams. The recording was shared for ongoing use, supporting those unable to join live and helping the client extend the impact across the wider organisation. The combination of expert guidance, practical demos, and self-directed materials created a scalable, repeatable learning experience.
