The challenge
Our global financial services client had provided their engineering population of 5000+ with GitHub Copilot licenses. However, they were not seeing the adoption rates and usage that they expected, particularly with Copilot Agent Mode. Additionally, the engineering teams were struggling to integrate Agent Mode into their existing workflows.
Our solution
We developed a programme to empower GitHub Copilot Agent Mode Champions from within our client’s software engineering population.
During this programme, learners were tasked with identifying and solving real-world use cases from their team’s current backlog, and working with their colleagues to promote the reuse of those use cases across the wider organisation.

How to accurately identify new use cases by analysing real-world team backlogs, activity and tasks
